If you are using Windows server 2019/2016/2012/2008/2003/2000 and want to recover local accounts password, the Professonal/Anvanced Edition is available.

If you are using Windows server 2019/2016/2012/2008(R2)/2003(R2)/2000 and your computer is a domain controller, you should choose Advanced edition.

There are some differences in different computer BIOS SETUP table and the BIOS Entry Key is not the same, please refer to some content on website of the manufacturer.

If you failed to boot from burned CD/DVD, please make sure that wether it is a bootable CD/DVD and you correctly insert it to your CD/DVD-RM. Make sure you have choose the right device for the first boot option and save the setting. Please contact our support team if you still cannot solve your problem.

 

7. Q: I don't know or fail to boot the locked computer from the burned USB, What should I do?

A: Set computer to boot from USB. Please refer to How to boot from USB flash dirve.

There are some differences in different computer BIOS SETUP table and the BIOS Entry Key is not the same, please refer to some content on website of the manufacturer.

If you failed to boot from burned USB Flash Drive, please make sure that wether it is a bootable USB Flash Drive and you correctly plug it to your computer. Make sure you have choose the right device for the first boot option and save the setting. Please contact our support team if you still cannot solve your problem.

 

8. Q:What's the difference between the trial version and full version?

A: Windows Password Rescuer trial version can only display all the user accounts of Windows system, but cannot reset their passwords. The full version can list all user accounts and reset any password you would like to. What's more, you also can use it to create new admin account to your locked computer without logging.
